Dear MhIST Member

Our charity is updating its records and undergoing a member renewal. You are receiving this letter as you are currently listed as an active member of MhIST on our database as you may have accessed our services in the past.

In order to keep our data up to date, please reply by text message, phone call or email to say if you would like to remain a member of MhIST and confirm the details below.

If you do not reply within 28 days from the date of this letter you will be marked in our database as being no longer an active member and your data will be kept in accordance with our data protection policy where it will eventually be anonymised and deleted. Please also let us know if you would like to be removed from our database. Please note, if you are currently using our services you will be asked to re-confirm your membership details when you next attend MhIST.
