Donate through Give as you Live Donate

We are putting together a variety of ‘outside school’ interventions where we have leaned what the young people want based on what they have told us during the positive psychology training.

These will be along the lines of facilitated self-help in groups with up to 16 participants every week as an ongoing peer support

The main subjects that we have for consideration are; how to manage my behaviour when I am angry, how to manage my anxiety, improving my self-confidence and getting a better nights sleep.

We hope to be able to offer both group and individually focussed work on these issues.
