I came to Mhist after hitting rock bottom with my mental health. I had lost my job as a nurse due to this .
Mhist helped me learn coping techniques to help with my anxiety. I attended a six week wellness course once a week. This also gave me more ideas and ways of managing my anxiety and depression.
The people at Mhist are so friendly and helpful
They helped me get back into work as a staff nurse and support me to stay in work by attending groups.
I have met so many nice people and we all help each other.
Thank you Mhist for getting me well and helping and supporting me to stay mentally well and in employment.
