MhIST has continued to work throughout this pandemic and put into practice ways of working remotely. We have now secured new much larger premises for the self help groups in Bolton and are slowly going to reopen the groups in our covid secure building. Often isolating ourselves is easier than looking at the whole.
Consumed and irrational with disquieting thoughts,
Unable to make any sense, answers continually sought.

We have been setting our group members a weekly challenge. Last week we set our group members the challenge of sharing pictures of the tasty dishes they have been cooking whilst in isolation.
